Properties can be bought by other people again, also if you leave the game, you will 99% sure to lose them as others will buy it 
(not sure if you loose on reconnect). Maybe a timer in it.
About the guns, spawnweapons are only session-saved, so just that time you play, you leave the game, weapons gone. So not session-crossed
