I just called DriveSavers Data Recovery for you and got a quick quote. It's anywhere from $700 to $3900 USD to get your data back, depending on the complexity of the recovery and service option you choose.
They have an option for you to send them a drive and they'll run an analysis on it. Once they do that, they will contact you with a firm price and ask whether you would like to continue on with the recovery. If not, they'll send the drive back to you without charging for their services (not sure about return shipping, since you're out of the US). Also, if they are unable to recover the data, they won't charge you.
