Building races on MTA and playing them on LVP

Next to that, we need to add limits and add a "map manager" where people can delete maps too. Of course VIPs get higher limits and stuff. Talking about limits, a file size limit would be in place too, but I don't know how large a map can get. From what I saw through Google, I think a limit of 2.5 MB per file should be plenty. Other limits can be talked about.
