I'm not a management member, but I'll post what I think anyway
I'm not taking any side, but personally I apply 2 different metres when judging a bug abuse: if the abuser is actually using c-no reload to kill a friend as a joke or maybe 2-shotting a tree, I usually get over it. But when someone is actually using one of those bugs with the purpose of killing someone, I give an immediate ban. I don't really know what happened, so consider me neutral in this thing
