Someone said you need a shader model 3 (or better) to run FIFA 11. I don't exactly know what a shader model is let alone model 3 but I have a feeling you don't have it (judging from that other topic).
Also you might wanna lock your task bar at the bottom, it's a pain when someone messes that up.
