Well with the new /race create for VIP, it appears as if the vehicles used do not respawn, in otherwords all of my poor NRG's are being ass-raped out of the map. 
Also as an idea, each player should be limited to 3 races each, and should be able to delete their own, that would slow down filling the 50 race limit (which should be upgraded to 100 if possible).
