Taxi locations

i think there should be a /newtaxi base, that way when people are planning attacks, it will help a lot! (plus if the base is getting attacked you can just /newtaxi base if you get killed) Plus taxis have 3 mil waits, so it will be ok to get killed in an attack and do /newtaci base once! nothing wrong with that! (Most people teleport back to the base anyway in an attack, so it makes no difference)
