As I've really being active and doing double-shifts I thought of some complaints about fair play. The thing is, I've been informed by an admin that db'ng someone to low health, and then kill him on foot, is disallowed. So basically people who db, have two choices: two db him/her to death, so he/she can punish you, or they don't db at all (excluding vehicles, you can db cars and planes, no problem).
So my suggestion would be the same system with car parking.
For example: you park on someone, you are not allowed to get out of your vehicle(/drive off and kill him on foot) until the person below you is dead. And if he/she dies because of the car parked on him/her, he/she should get the punishment menu (the same as with db).
