Is ENBseries Mod allowed on LVP

I dunno who told you that but thug doesnt use shit, even if he uses it his pc can handle it which means it doesnt make him laggy. It only makes ppl laggy with shit PC's because you lose much fps and fighting with low fps is even harder if you arent used to it.
Also dont even think about making your hb harder, just train your aim and moves and accept that your hb is easy. You arent that only one in samp with an easy hb.
