i think /mute wont do any good at abusers & lamers. how much other duties are there except catching those guys really, there are regular meetings or something similar? because at this point any trained monkey can do the same work as most of the crew do. why would there be need to have forced duties like telling people to speak english in main chat when the time can be rather spent on being involved in fights.
