There's a stamina bar for all the power stuff the nanosuit brings with it.
In my opinion the MP sucks at Crysis (Far Cry was better!) and I never liked the SP due to the nanosuit either. I just love the mods being done for it and especially the physics engine & graphics. A 'garry's mod' for Crysis 2 would be awesome. But Crysis' 2 SP seems to be promising. Definitely worth trying imo.
