SA-MP 0.3b RC1 released

Just for those who care and didn't know, it was released a few hours ago. It's not that much of a huge update, but well finally they release something after nearly 9 months, and now we know there will be yet another release. Link: http://forum.sa-mp.com/showthread.php?t=167003

Note that this is a Release Candidate, and the client will only show servers on 0.3b.
