Ramping

In previous LVP builds we didn't have an object streamer. It happened a few times when I was fucking around and loaded some objects, untill we reached SA-MP's object limit. Couldn't create new objects anymore, which also included the ramp objects.

So my guess is that we are still hitting some (per player?) limits, despite of the object streamer.

Just to add to this, today I discovered that when you leave LV the ramping function suddenly unbugs and begins working again, that bit of info may help on fixing this issue unless it's already been done.

Maybe it's in areas with a lot of /maps? Or maps with a lot of objects.
