I qot a question about what really means ban range?
Lemme explain where i think i am lost:as far i know,ban range is when you guys banned all ips that looks the same (they are used by a player with dinamic ip).
I meet guys who got caught in ban range,and their nick have been unbanned.
If i am right about that:how do you guys know if its not ban evade or something?
How you guys know who deserve to be in ban range and who dont?and what really means that ban range?(cuz i think im wrong )
