Do you mean for single player or for multiplayer?
If it's single player, I can't decide D:
CoD1 + United Offensive was definately the most fun.
CoD2 had the best storyline
CoD4 has the best gameplay
MW2 is an epic sequel...
But for multiplayer, I've only played the two:
CoD2 and CoD4.
