Are U sure U added the right IP? LVP ain't a locked server.
The IP is: 85.17.200.150:7777
Copy it, (Make sure U don't have any spaces anywhere), Click on the Orange Add button (V look-a-like), Paste the IP, make sure there are NO spaces anywhere. Click on OK.
The server should pop up in the favorites board. Click on it, then try connecting.
About the Server Didn't Respond. Just wait a few minutes and try again later.
