Okay if Spain loses and you want to lose everything in the bank it can go to...someone...maybe an active eF member. But if they win (even though I'm supporting them!) I'll pay 70mil.

And yeah would be good if an Admin (Ryder? ) does the transactions since I'm not on SA-MP or LVP that often.
