oh what a fail, do it in the old school way trought imgtool, and then save the gta3.img to a usb stick or burn it on a cd/dvd, so when you need to reinstall gtasa you just simply delete the old gta3.img and paste the modded one..

OR just make a new Backup folder in Gta San Andreas folder, copy and paste gta3 there as a backup.
