Since when people cannot use escape for some seconds? Well Jerico just kicked me for that! (ofc I wasn´t fighting, I didn´t have "a lot of money" on my hand, I wasn´t almost deaded, nothing! Even one of times that jerico "advised me" I used escape after I died, so I was in the respawn place)
