Every video card will fit, the only thing you should pay attention to is the socket that the CPU requires and the socket that the motherboard supports. The first set won't fit, as the MSI MS 7142 supports a socket 754 and the AMD Phenom II X2 550 3.1Ghz Black Edition requires a socket AM2+. The second set will fit, since the MSI Socket AM2+ 785GT-E63 supports a socket AM2+.
