I'm not american, when I was 4 I was able to walk, speak basic english (I knew the difference between your and you're for example, something EVERY 16 year old american person I spoke to on these forums seems to have issues with), started school and was well able to use a computer, probably better than most of you can today.
I would have been at the level of a typical 12 year old american child today, only with a better core/basic education.
