[S] Plane Bombs

This is quite simple to code actually, only problem is that it requires a quite RAM abusive plugin.

1. Wut?
2. Lag shouldn't cause too much trouble, it'll be the same as a carbomb really.

@1. I was talking about the bombs that RC planes drop.
@2. Dropping an object to fall with physics could cause an issue, Unless you where just to create a bunch of explosions under the plane with a slight delay rather then dropping an item to explode on collision.
