That's true. I guess they should be alot more expensive, and have a requirement to buy them in the first place. For a carbomb, you need 10 speedbonuses, how about, say, at least 5 hours of flying experience before you can buy one. (I'm pretty sure it's possible to see how long someone's spent flying.)
