Killstreaks also have negative effects, I mean look at MW2. People will care more about retaining their killstreak than taking a risk and fighting someone. That would only promote different forms of laming, which would be annoying. Anyway, that's another discussion.
Back on topic, that would be cool, easier to manage than a fully customisable string. However that'd just be a nickname -- the issue of repetitiveness still exists. I was thinking more like a textdraw on screen saying something such as "slapped", if you wanted that to be your custom verb.
