I don't see why online time should be a deciding factor when it comes to purchasing. 200 hours is a _lot_. It just doesn't seem to be in LVP because a lot of people are sad.
I think house prices should vary too.
Overall not a bad idea. Darius' work on interiors would be a big help
We might be writing an ingame object editor. If we do agree to this it would make it possible for players to build their own house. We'll wait a while and see how it goes
