I don't like the idea of it being a VIP feature.

Should incentivate to donate, no? 

Anyways, I said that it can be a VIP feature the thing of a permanent car, that you can take any time you want after buying it, also if you finish the daily session; the non-VIP feature is meant that the bought car doesn't respawn if you finish your daily session and join again the day after.

Over this, I agree with bubbles, I don't like the idea of rebuy the car if a random player destroys it.
