Interesting, but as kinda suggested I think using that idea as a second type of property is a must,
2 things however - what excatly is the benifit of being able to access the interior? I would understand if it was longer than 20 minutes..just seems kinda pointless to me. Yah yah having guns and armour inside is something, but pointless as chances are getting health and armor would be faster if you picked them up on the strip, and most people have spawn weapons.
Also this would mean people who don't own the property, i.e everyone else, can't enter the interior? Thats cutting a massive chuck out of the depth of the map. Can't say I'm a fan.
This system would rock for long term properties however... a house etc can be bought and its yours for a few days, maybe even a week. Everone can enter the interior but have to pay a fee thats automaticly deducted like the airport gates...
Whole idea tho has potential, have to be carefull that it doesn't end up too RPG like however, it is a DM server after all.
