Yea that is also a good idea. Have you played Vice City Stories? The similar system is there with the empires. You buy it as it is, then you can do various missions there and earn money and upgrade your business. But with the upgrade the house becomes bigger. I don't think that's possible in SA. And the takeover is there too, you kill gang members first (obviously we can't implement this gang stuff in LVP) and then you enter the interior and trash it. Then when you have taken over it, you can buy it, and repair it etc. But I also suggest if you implement such system in, you shouldn't have the ability to use the property features until it's repaired and is completely yours.
