Custom property system for Las Venturas

I like it. Obviously we would have to restrict this for properties such as the 4Dragons or Ammunation, because people enter those interiors a lot. Or, maybe we could have a system were players can break into properties and trash that interior, which would require the owner to invest some money in security equipment.

We could also add other upgrades, like business promotion to increase the income.
