Almost every clan has had some sort of Leader - Management / Underboss - Official Member - Trial since...well since clans were first invented I think. We weren't like the first to have it...infact, one of the last to have it.


And that IRC icon is, as said, the mIRC icon which isn't a trademark of our (eF) clan, and resizing it doesn't make it any more or less ours. Yes perhaps they took the idea of using that next to their channel from our memberlist, but is that really something to argue about? There have far worse things getting copied and people just let it go.
