I have GTS 250 1GB and can run anything I throw at it. MW2 can run at 130 FPS on VERY HIGH AAfull settings 1680x1050. Also GTA IV on 30~40fps but you need a good processor. It's cheap, strong, and high end graphic card of 9800GTX.

9800 GT is good for MW2 (maybe will run on low/medium) but a 9800 GTX+ is better. GTS 250 is a rebranded 9800 GTX+ and cheaper besides that a GTS 250 1GB is DDR3 while on 9800 GTX+ there is no 1GB DDR3 oh and also the GTS 250 is smaller and doesn't heat up like 9800 GTX+.
If you bought one of them, use EVGA Precision software to control the fan's speed.
