About the filling your bank thing, to be honest, I could give a shit less. They leave their computer on, running, thus they use electricity. And last time I checked, electricity = real money.

I know several people which already keeps computer on 24 hours per day, for other reasons, including downloading porn movies from torrent, for them is no problem to keep also game opened. Most players are kids, with no own real money, some even with no real life, for them virtual money are more important than real money. Their parents pays all excessive electricity used. What if I keep game opened and minimized to earn also virtual money while I work for real money?

One must be stupid too, to idle/go afk whilst he's a in a mini-game. But hey, do we not have a /report function for that? People who do that simply get kicked out. Besides, even if no administrator would be on, what would it hurt to simply type /leave? It's only one mini-game.

/leave did not works in Fight Club. In case of /race, yes I /leaved. The problem is that cannot start same race again because someone idles while racing, admins are not online 24/7.

An automatic pause is useless. I don't think I really need to explain how stupid that sounds. Idling on the ship is allowed at all time (even though players currently get kicked for it because of the kicker). I don't see why a player cannot simply pause his game. It's not like it's an FPS gaming server or whatever, where slots are needed. LVP provides more than enough player slots for the current amount of players. The earnings don't need to be stopped either, in my opinion.

This was already suggested, but developers should add more minutes for /pause and also a check, if you own any properties, and you're paused (via /pause of course!!!), you won't earn the money from them. /pause could be like 1 hour in this case. So then I can take a bath, read newspaper, eat, watch TV and the activity list goes on. When player is not in the /pause sector, without a doubt he should receive a kick after 15 minutes of idleness.

What Off-Topic? This is not off-topic, I agree with you, Mark. Idle kick should work only if the player is in game and not on the ship. in /pause or on the ship players could be allowed to idle longer time, just stop earnings after 15 mins.
Note: idling in the ship not safe unless player press ESC or minimizes game, due of grenades and kamikaze pilots!! LOL!!

Also, not many people join a server with very few players so if they see people on the server, even if they're idling, they'll join and learn to like the server and stay. If the anti-idler kicks everyone the server will look more empty than it normally is making it not catch people's eye as easy.

You're right... but this have only little influence, few players leave game opened when they go away. A better way to increase number of players is to reduce bans for little offences like saying Nigger in humorous ways, swearing in PM, ship grenading, commands abuse, etc. And adopt a flat rate of ban length, now seems that exactly the players with more potential of playing receives longest bans, I am not against bans, I am against just ban length. Also giving small but MORE punishments is a better way of teaching rules.
