I've always the same problem, I don't really understand ,I've never used a proxy..... , I'm really confused about that. You can trust me. But I know something that my father told to me, he says when we stop our box(for internet) and start it again , our ip change. But It's not a proxy. What do you think? I hope you can do something. Cause I really dont know.
