Where to LEGALLY download SouthPark episodes?

I think England is one of the few places where they check who's downloading ilegally. I don't think they do that in Belgium

They don't really do that anywhere really. They just say that to scare people, but for those who get caught in the UK it's a pretty bad penalty. Like a year banned from the internet and a fine, then two years and a bigger fine then permanent internet ban (although they probably won't enforce any of these).
