I'd say don't put too much around the ship. Most fighting takes place around it so a lot of cars wouldn't do that good. Good for anti-shiplame though

But as for random outside and static inside > yes. Most people are in LV so it'd be good if they knew where to find certain vehicles. Might get exporting more popular too.
