About CSI, I told you this before. It used to be open to everyone, it was always very spammy(bit like Open for Discussion now, but worse). People can suggest things, we can agree/disagree on the feature and if we need feedback on it, we can move it to Open for Discussion. If not, we'll add a ticket for it.
On the other hand, we're not only getting feature requests, there's complaints too. Having a complaint from you about me in a place where everyone can reply won't get you anywhere with your complaint.
If you really really have something vital to add to a suggestion, PM the person locking it(supposing he said it'll be in the GM later on).
The only admins able to reply in CSI topics are admins which are developer as well. Only management and developers can reply.
As I said, if there's a reply from a developer saying it'll be in or something alike, they'll make a ticket for it. If I(I'm saying I because I usually handle the complaints) reply something like "ok" and lock it, it's a bullshit complaint. That's pretty much what I do. You're probably referring to topics locked in Help Requests or so which should be in CSI. Crew does have rights there, they lock it instead of moving it. Not sure if they can move it to CSI or that they need a management member/forum admin for it.
As for the first, I pretty much said no already, if no one else replies they'll most likely agree.
As for yours, you didn't even take the time to reply my post yourself but expect others to reply? There's a few parts I left open for developers and they should have replied there though.
I'm not reading through that post again, but I'm sure they're either SA-MP bugs, not bugs or already known bugs.

Why would we remove taxi locations because you never use them? Or as your experience told you, because barely anyone uses them. There are still people that use them, and if you want to go to LS quick, you'd be happy to use it.
