I experienced this bug some minutes ago. I was in world 1, testing something, and suddenly some ramps in a "stair sequence" appeared out of nowhere - of course, I was alone in that world. I did /locate in everyone, since there were like 3 or 4 players ingame, and one of them was close to where I was, but in world 0. This demostrates, apparently, that the ramps that players spawn show in all the virtual worlds. Please check this and sorry if is a known bug.
