Not really a bug.
When you export the merchants vehicle (the one marked yellow) you get the announcement text and are awarded the money but the following text displays in the chatbox -
Sorry, we're currently not accepting this vehicle
Check out /export for vehicles we accept.
could be lag or a delay in the CP disappearing, just bringing it to your attention anyways.
