The texture issues are most likely an issue with GTA:SA / SA:MP, something which we can't fix.

At the first bug: Thanks. You shouldn't be able to teleport to anyone in jail, will be fixed. The respawning issue when inside a vehicle is a SA:MP bug to which is fixed in 0.3.
