Las Venturas Playground has a lot of features. For new players starting out, it's really hard. Heck, even regulars don't know about every feature (such as /deliver and the Car Crusher 
)
I suggest we show random tips in a small textdraw at the bottom of the players screen. We only need one global textdraw for it. A tip should be in small font, and should show every 3 minutes for about 10 seconds. Players should be able to disable them using /my tips (which should save). They should only show when the player is driving around doing nothing, not when they're in minigames or whatever. Crazybobs has this feature and it makes things so much easier!
This should have a high priority because a lot of players won't know what 2.91 has to offer when we release it.
