[DENIED]Banned because I confronted the admin for abusing his power?

After I talked to him I would have reported him, but I forgot him user name due to the muting.

You do not call anyone a "cheater" or "hacker" in the main chat of Las Venturas Playground. It's simply unacceptable. I decided to mute and inform you of the rules surrounding this topic. As I said in-game, next time report players you think are cheaters—don't "talk" to them.

After a few minutes of DEBATING with the admin and asking him to unmute me he finally did.

We didn't have a debate, you simply kept on rushing me, demanding I unmute you. I don't like to be rushed, so when you asked for about the third or fourth time I told you to ask again politely. You did so with a sarcastic reply and you were unmuted. There's no conflict or abuse here.

After this my friend playing with me asked why he muted me. TEF then proceeds to kick my friend

Your friend, Sambo_Johnson, has flamed other players and Las Venturas Playground as a whole since he started here. What's more, he never asked me why you were muted; indeed, he simply asked me if I had muted you. To which I replied with the honest answer of "yes." Immediately after I stated so he informs me I was abusing my power. Right, muting someone for a few minutes is completely abusive. I proceeded to kick him only because he decided to accuse me of abuse. Had he not insulted me, he wouldn't have been kicked.

and after that I confronted TEF of abusing his power as an admin, and asking him why he kicked my friend.

That's all you said. Then you were banned for insulting a crew member. You never asked why your friend was kicked, you simply told me I was an "asswipe."

So I guess I am here to appeal my ban, and wanting to know how long I will be banned. And if you think the admin is wrong, is there anything to do there?

Both you and Sambo_Johnson will be unbanned just as soon as you write up an apology for wasting my and everyone else's time by writing up this so-called complaint. I did absolutely nothing wrong. You simply decided to take a little mute to heart and that caused you to get banned. Don't think that just because you write up a complaint that it means you'll get somewhere. Complaints mean nothing without proof—and guess what? We've got the logs.
