1. Possibly related to SA:MP 0.3, will need looking into.
2. Not sure about this will need to test it
3. The speed system will be rewrote for 0.3 / 2.91
4. I bet you have no radio either. Buying the game can fix the enter vehicle lag instead of downloading it
