Meh, I guess you're right about the moneycheat part. I did some research and found some more information:
I don't know what the teleportmessages were all about, they shouldn't pop up if you're entering an indoor location. But then again, the moneycheat messages shouldn't pop up if you're buying guns or transferring money too.
