[IDEA] Fast NON-Spawn Weapons BUY SYSTEM proposition

I'd like to see what other people think about the non-spawnweapon menu.
Because thats an official GTA SA menu, we can't change it, but we could make a second one for non-spawnweapons.

But, in my opinion, isn't is better, lets say, to buy 2 UZI's as spawnweapon, then 10 UZI's as non-spawn?
