Are you crazy, speed? I'm fine with you wanting to advertise the server, but do it in a civilized way, in your signature on other forums or so. Not spamming other servers with it and flaming them.
Him registering here means nothing but crap to us, caused by you. You can say, "yay, he registered, it works!" Whilst actually it didn't work. Why? Because you caused crap and they came here to complain about it, with reason.
