I think the earnings are fine, a bit higher would be nice. A while ago (6 months) when I was playing on the server the earnings were high, and making money was too easy. It wasn't fun, and you could just give away money. There were times that my little brother had 'belegt' 100 mil.
If you do your best you can make a million per day, think is fine as it is. And the people who have there banks totally full because of the high earnings are just lucky
Oh and borrowing sucks, just kill someone with some money
But lets take an example: the prop costs 30000 and you make 1000 per min. Let's say when you quit or the prop is bought by someone else that you get 30% back (I don't know if this is right). That's 9000, so you'll have to earn 21000 to make profit, that's 21 minutes which I think is fine.
