Doesnt look impressive tbh - and i dont know why a lot of people think DX 10 or DX11 equal awesome gfx - it simply doesnt. DirectX10 and soon 11 will just have the possibilty to make special light effects or shader effects "easier" with less work and better performance.
The water doesnt look impressive, Empire: Total War got better one (and this is INGAME performance, not some with external programs rendered trailer). And Empire:Total War is using DirectX 9.
