4GB RAM cost 21€ here - 2GB 14€.  You wouldn't get a better videocard with 7€ more budget :) - maybe an 9600GT with 1GB instead of 512MB - but while only a very low percentage of games actually use more then 512MB,  the higher amount of RAM seems better for me.

The Enermax PSU is better (its 80+ BRONZE specified while the Corsairs are just 80+, and it has more connectivity options, + it has better overvoltage protections, which can be useful if you fuck your PC up while overclocking, and it has 75Ampere on the 12V rail while the Corsair just has 52A)
