Well, first off, the green zone is WAY bigger than the purple, but whatever.

Also, if this was implemented all over LV, gangs would dominate the whole server, which I wouldn't like.  Keep it on the outside of the freeway, and I'm ok.

Maybe the current gangbase vs the church in the south? Maybe vs one of the sets of apartements in the east aswell, who knows. :+
