In that area there isn't really any place, but maybe on the corner of the visage wall, so people must climb up to get it.
Either that or change the pickup type to one that can only be picked up once per player, and won't respawn until the player dies.
A lot of the people who world abuse don't shoot before they skip worlds. They stop shooting when they realise they're gonna die and run to the nearest interior, or vehicle. Then /world away to refill.
